We just left and we feel sad like when you say goodbye to your family. It is the second year that we have stayed with Lucia and Giovanni at the Vienna hotel and we confirm the excellent experience we had. The care and attention to our every need and that of our 3 young children who were treated as if they were their own was unparalleled. Daily cleaning of the hotel which was noticeable because when we returned from the sea there was always an excellent clean smell, as I like it. The cuisine was impeccable as always, the breakfast was plentiful and nothing pre-packaged. The hotel is located practically opposite the sea and a stone's throw from any entertainment for adults and children. See you again next year! Thank you very much, from Francesca and Antonino. Clean and welcoming hotel. The staff is super efficient and at the same time very friendly and always available for every type of need. Maximum attention and courtesy from the owners Lucia and Giovanni who make you feel at home. The food is always excellent and plentiful. The structure is located a stone's throw from the sea. Everything well taken care of. I highly recommend it. See you next holiday.

We stayed for a week and it was like staying with family. We had a great time! Gianni and Lucia excellent hosts always available and attentive to customer needs. Not to mention their kindness....A special thanks to Antonio for his kindness and professionalism (a true gentleman) and to all the staff. Excellent and plentiful food, clean hotel and comfortable rooms. A stone's throw from the sea and everything at your fingertips. Thanks again for everything guys. We'll see each other again,🥰 Highly recommended hotel!!!

I stayed for a week with family and friends, a wonderful experience, the owners did everything to make our holiday unforgettable, from the nearby rooms with terraces facing the sea, to the sparkling white wine meal even though they offered still red and white wine and to the replacement of a shower head of the shower which was blocked; we had half board with abundant, quality meals, thanking the waiter Antonio and the cleaning lady Lucia for their patience. Hospitality and friendliness from all the staff who made us feel at home and we will certainly return, especially due to the friendliness of Giovanni and his wife Lucia

The owners Lucia and Giovanni make you feel at home, always ready to accommodate customer needs. Giovanni is the king of pasta with garlic, oil and chilli, the particularity of the lemon peel has made the dish unique, tasty and refined, a simple dish has become a delicacy. Rooms, restaurant and terrace always tidy and clean. Anthony, Emma and Teresa, the staff in the dining room, made my holiday and that of my family even more pleasant with their professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. Fantastic, relaxing and comfortable weekend in the company of the owners Gianni and Lucia who were able to create a perfect combination of hospitality and friendliness. Hotel with sea view and excellent services to enjoy pleasant and peaceful days in an always sprinting Rimini.🥰
